Our guest speaker, Deborah Everson, helps business owners, executives, and high achievers navigate transitions and rediscover identity beyond their roles. After transforming and selling her family’s business, Deborah experienced firsthand the disorientation that can come after success. Now she guides others through that same season—helping them reconnect with purpose, identity, and joy when the goal changes, and the next chapter isn’t yet clear.
