We help ambitious Christian women create a less stressed, more joy-filled life while juggling it all.
Our founder, Erica Dvorak, was filled with stress and anxiety until she figured out how to create a life of joy with God as her guide.
In leaving corporate America in 2019 to create a life of more joy and margin, Erica realized she wasn’t alone in her overwhelm of juggling it all.
So, she traded working for Fortune 500 companies to build a Kingdom-minded business to help Christian working mamas break free of the overwhelm.
Through the Stressed to Joy Transformation Program, one-on-one coaching, and the Faith Inspired Podcast, she’s helped hundreds of women live less stressed, more joy-filled lives while going after their God-sized dreams.
Erica lives in Minneapolis, where she can be found enjoying her guilty pleasure of medium-rare brownies with her two energetic children and handsome hubby.
